Job Description
FCS – Fidelity Cash Solutions
Reporting to: Cash Centre Manager
A position is currently available at the Fidelity Services Group Mthatha Branch.
The overall purpose of the Teller position is to accurately count, process and verify client money while ensuring that all cash-handling procedures and security standards are followed.
Minimum Requirements
Clear criminal record
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Computer literate
At least 2 years’ cashier experience or experience in a similar role
Ability to work under pressure
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring that cash-processing procedures are strictly adhered to
Counting and verifying money accurately
Balancing and reconciling money
Operating money-counting machines
Packing ATMs
Maintaining accuracy throughout the cash-processing process
Following all instructions and established procedures
