Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Handyman to perform First Line Maintenance (FLM) across assigned branches, helping to ensure a safe, functional and well-maintained environment.
The role involves routine building maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting and basic electrical support.

Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Performing First Line Maintenance (FLM) during scheduled branch visits
Carrying out minor building repairs, including doors, locks, hinges, skirtings, tiles, ceilings, walls, paint touch-ups and furniture repairs
Assisting Technicians with basic electrical tasks such as replacing bulbs, tubes, LED panels, switches and sockets
Resetting breakers where required and under appropriate supervision
Supporting minor plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing washers and clearing blockages
Conducting interior and exterior inspections of branch areas
Checking cashier counters, back-office areas, kitchens, bathrooms, walls, ceilings, windows, signage and decals
Supporting HVAC and electrical servicing by preparing work areas and managing ladders, tools and access points
Assisting with DB board checks under supervision
Maintaining safe, clean and orderly work areas
Following all PPE and Health & Safety procedures
Supporting fire equipment inspections, including checking brackets, mounting and visibility
Capturing maintenance evidence through photographs and notes
Updating digital systems such as SAP Fiori / AFMS with completed FLM tasks
Escalating SLM items through the relevant systems and processes

Grade 12 / Matric

Multi-site or field-service experience will be beneficial
Ability to work safely with ladders and maintenance tools
