Human Resources Internship Opportunity
Mediclinic Sandton is offering an exciting Human Resources Internship opportunity for students looking to gain practical workplace experience while completing their tertiary studies.
This developmental opportunity is designed to help interns apply the knowledge gained through their academic studies in a professional working environment while developing valuable workplace, communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for:
Completing the requirements of the relevant TVET Work Integrated Learning programme.
Applying knowledge gained through academic studies in a professional workplace.
Developing personal effectiveness and professional skills.
Ensuring continuous learning within your chosen field of study.
Maintaining professional standards in line with organisational values.
Building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
Providing professional client service.
Supporting relevant administrative and workplace activities.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Applicants must have:
A relevant tertiary qualification at N6 level from an accredited TVET institution.
Qualification in one of the following fields:
Human Resources
Marketing
Finance
Management Assistant
Secretarial
Experience
No previous work experience is required.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have:
Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
An understanding of telephone etiquette.
A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder-relations skills.
