Glencore is currently inviting applications for the position of Clerk (Data Planned Maintenance) at its Steelpoort operation in Limpopo.

Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Engineering Department by assisting with planned maintenance activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring maintenance systems operate efficiently to support production targets.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Engineering Department.

  • Assisting with planned maintenance administration.

  • Supporting maintenance activities to help achieve production performance targets.

  • Maintaining and updating maintenance administration systems.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Capturing and maintaining maintenance-related data accurately.

  • Performing general office and administrative duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).

  • SAP Maintenance knowledge or experience.

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar administrative position.

  • Medical fitness for surface operations.

  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

  • Good written communication skills in English.

  • Computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
