Job Overview
Kia South Africa is looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join the team in Vereeniging, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will be responsible for providing a professional, welcoming and efficient reception service while supporting the organisation's administrative and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet visitors, determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Create a positive and professional first impression of the organisation.
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and efficient customer service to clients and visitors.
Escalate unresolved operational, service delivery and quality issues to management.
Report on transactional activities within established guidelines.
Provide timely information to support decision-making.
Follow governance, compliance, integrity, legal and ethical processes and procedures.
Monitor and record outgoing trunk calls and incoming reverse-charge calls.
Plan, organise and manage daily work routines effectively.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and work towards agreed performance objectives.
Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
Motor industry experience will be an advantage.
A Receptionist certificate will be an advantage.
Must have a clear criminal record.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
