Requirements
Applicants must have:
Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
A valid driver's licence with PDP.
Basic numeracy skills.
Ability to read and write.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Driving skills.
Knowledge of GPG and Gauteng Department of Health policies and procedures.
Knowledge of legislation and Public Service regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Driving light and medium vehicles to transport passengers, mail and documents.
Conducting routine vehicle maintenance and reporting defects.
Completing vehicle records and logbooks.
Collecting and delivering mail, documents and other items.
Providing messenger and clerical support.
Copying, packaging, scanning, binding and faxing documents.
Keeping records of delivered mail.
Tracking documents to ensure proper delivery.
Assisting in the registry.
Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.
