Job Purpose
The Sales Representative will operate in channels where Clover does not employ dedicated merchandisers or shelf packers, such as service stations. The role involves increasing sales volumes, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring stock availability while implementing sales strategies and reporting on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Planning

Increase sales volumes and optimise product baskets

Prepare and follow daily route plans and call cycles

Implement negotiated prices and promotions

Arrange in-store launches and promotional materials
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong customer relationships at store level

Provide support with sales procedures and product knowledge

Identify and address customer needs proactively

Liaise regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
Stock & Merchandising

Ensure consistent stock availability

Maintain proper product facings and shelf presence

Minimise stock returns
Reporting & Administration

Complete accurate sales administration

Monitor and report on sales volumes, pricing, and outlet performance

Record sales per product and outlet

Introduce and promote new products and principals
