Purpose of the Role
As a Permanent Store Assistant, you will be the face of the Kurt Geiger brand in-store, ensuring each customer receives exceptional service. You’ll support day-to-day store operations, from customer assistance and sales to cash control and stock management, all while maintaining the luxurious brand standard.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Control & Accuracy

Perform all cash desk duties accurately, with no variances

Handle manual transactions confidently

Manage daily cash-ups and banking procedures
Stock Management & Organisation

Follow daily stock routines

Process customer orders efficiently

Conduct regular stock counts and storeroom checks

Perform shoe pairing exercises for display and inventory control
Customer Service & Sales Support

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)

6–12 months of retail experience (preferably in luxury/fashion retail)
