📌 ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Santam Learnership Programme is designed to empower young South Africans by providing accredited training and workplace experience in the financial services sector. Successful learners will also complete the FSCA Regulatory Exam (RE5), opening doors to professional membership with the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA).

🎓 WHO CAN APPLY?
Applicants must:
✔ Be a South African citizen
✔ Be unemployed
✔ Be between 18 – 28 years old
✔ Have a Grade 12 Certificate
✔ Achieve at least:
• 50% in English and a Second Language
• 40% in Mathematics OR 60% in Mathematical Literacy
✔ Not be studying at another institution during the learnership
✔ Not have completed a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA
✔ Have less than 1 year of work experience
