To provide administrative support to the allocated team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Handling office inquiries and scheduling appointments

✔ Booking travel, accommodation, rooms and conference facilities
✔ Managing office records, files and reports
✔ Preparing documents, letters and presentations
✔ Capturing and maintaining data and filing systems

✔ Handling correspondence and general office administration
🎓 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
✅ Grade 12 / N3 Certificate with English
✅ Minimum 1 year relevant experience
✅ Valid Driver’s License
