About the Role

TsAfrika is seeking a Storeperson to manage the issuing of stock (from fridges, freezers, dry store, and chemical store) in accordance with company portion and quantity standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Order goods to maintain minimum/maximum stock levels
Liaise with management for orders outside financial limits
Only use approved suppliers unless authorised otherwise
Check quality, quantity, and pricing of all goods received
Complete delivery admin and follow up on discrepancies
Ensure correct storage (temperature, humidity, hygiene)
Follow proper stock rotation (First In, First Out)
Ensure stock is only issued with documentation/signatures
Keep storerooms secure—no unauthorised access
Report and manage spoilage/damage according to procedure
Conduct regular stock takes and complete all related admin
Attend necessary training and meetings

Skills & Competencies

Practical and methodical work style
Honest, reliable, and hygienic
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit – must be able to bend, stand, and lift
Must be able to lift 20–30kg boxes

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
Completed Standard 10 / Secondary education (Matric preferred)
