RCL FOODS is looking for a Data Capturer to join its Speciality Baking Division based in Centurion, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will report to the Plant Engineer and provide administrative and system support to the Engineering department, including technical support on the site's CMMS system.
The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams such as Production and Quality, while supporting scheduling, maintenance planning and related queries.

Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this position is to:
Support the Engineering department's administration and system functions.
Provide technical support on the site's CMMS system.
Assist with maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
Support cross-functional departments with maintenance-related queries.
Ensure accurate and timely capturing of Engineering data.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
N3 Technical Qualification.
Minimum 2 years' experience using Pragma OnKey.
2–3 years' experience in asset and asset-care management.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
MS Outlook
MS Excel
MS PowerPoint
MS Project
MS Word
Advantageous
Recognised Trade Test.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Maintenance Planner in the FMCG industry.
Auditing experience.
2–3 years' supervision experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting the Maintenance Planner with planning activities in accordance with professional planning standards.
Ensuring that best-practice planning processes are applied to improve maintenance efficiency.
Capturing Engineering data on a daily basis.
Assisting and standing in for the Maintenance Planner when required.
Printing daily maintenance schedules from the CMMS system.
Assisting with reporting on equipment breakdowns and maintenance services.
Raising job cards as requested.
Ensuring that machine-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Creating reports from the CMMS system.
Distributing breakdown job cards to Foremen and Artisans.
Supporting maintenance scheduling and planning activities.
Assisting Production and Quality teams with maintenance-related queries.
Maintaining accurate Engineering records and system information.
