Purpose of the Role
To administer and support operations within Client Care for the Business Bank division. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Support and manage daily operational and administrative processes

Ensure compliance with FICA regulations and internal procedures

Accurately check, capture, and process detailed information

Liaise with internal teams and external service providers

Perform quality checks and control functions

Maintain proper document and records management
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / National Certificate (Vocational)

At least 1 year of experience in:
-
Administration or processing (ideally in banking)

Client service
-
Applying FICA requirements
-
Working with internal teams and third-party providers

Preferred Knowledge & Skills
-
FICA regulations (role-dependent)

Document management and general admin practices

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
