Purpose:
Provide security services to protect employees, assets, and operations. Conduct routine patrols, crime prevention, emergency response, and risk management. The role may involve personal risk.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patrols (foot/vehicle) and checkpoint duties

Respond to alarms and security incidents
-
Perform access control and enforce security standards
-
Gather and report information to support risk management
-
Arrest and document transgressors; assist in disciplinary/criminal proceedings

Maintain security equipment and personal presentation
-
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and visitors
Requirements:
-
Grade 12
-
PSIRA registration (Grade C or higher)
-
Driver’s license (advantageous)
-
Valid SAPS competency for firearms (handgun, shotgun, rifle) – added advantage
-
No criminal record, pass polygraph, fitness certificate, MIE screening
Experience & Skills:

Security industry experience advantageous

Good English communication (written, spoken, reading)

Ability to work under risk, follow procedures, and report accurately
