Purpose:
Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Handle multi-channel claims, upsell products, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and claims efficiently

  • Upsell products and convert leads in line with company strategy

  • Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring complaints

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

  • Submit reports and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • 1–3 years of contact centre experience

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

  • Knowledge of customer service and sales principles

  • Strong business communication skills (written and verbal)

Skills:

  • Problem solving, planning, and organising

  • Teamwork and collaboration

  • Listening, adaptability, resilience

  • Experience with telephony systems
