Job Overview
Mediclinic Medforum is offering a structured Management Intern developmental opportunity for students completing relevant TVET qualifications.
The programme is designed to help interns apply classroom knowledge in a professional environment while developing academic, professional and personal skills through practical workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Meet the requirements of the relevant TVET Work Integrated Learning programme.
Develop personal effectiveness and professional workplace skills.
Maintain continuous learning within your field of study.
Develop and maintain professional standards in line with organisational values.
Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Provide appropriate client service.
Minimum Education Requirements
Applicants must have an N6-level tertiary qualification from an accredited TVET institution in one of the following fields:
Finance
Human Resources
Management Assistant
Secretarial
Experience
No previous work experience is required.
Skills & Knowledge
Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Understanding and application of telephone etiquette.
Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
