Purpose of the Role:
To ensure on-board safety and deliver a 5-star customer experience that aligns with SAA’s service standards. Cabin Crew members are responsible for managing emergency situations, medical incidents, and customer disputes, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and service across all flights.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure passenger and crew safety during flights

Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service

Respond effectively to emergencies and medical situations

Ensure compliance with SAA's service procedures and touch-point standards

Uphold the corporate brand and promote the airline's image

Follow the SCCM and Purser’s instructions on board

Ensure adherence to CAA regulations, BCEA, LRA, and internal company policies

Complete accurate reporting and contribute to inflight service strategy and cost containment
Minimum Requirements:
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Valid SACAA Cabin Crew Licence
-
Must be South African with a valid ID
-
English fluency (written and verbal)
-
Must be able to swim
-
Minimum height of 1.58m and BMI not exceeding 35

Must fit within aircraft aisle dimensions

Must pass medical, criminal, psychometric and psychological assessments
