We invite applications for the role of Kitchen Deep Clean Team Leader, based in Cape Town, reporting to the Regional Manager Coastal within the Office Services Business Unit.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Proven experience in a similar role

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Physically fit – able to walk, lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

  • Familiar with cleaning products and equipment

  • Computer literacy is an advantage

  • Valid driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate kitchen deep cleaning (DC) services in advance with the Operations Controller

  • Ensure vehicle readiness, availability of equipment and consumables, and communication with clients before service delivery

  • Supervise service delivery on-site, ensuring compliance with company SHEQ protocols and client expectations

  • Maintain professional client communication throughout the service process, including via WhatsApp and service reports

  • Conduct thorough quality checks upon service completion to ensure all cleaning meets company and client standards

  • Report all operational risks, on-site issues, and structural defects promptly and accurately

  • Ensure all allocated services are completed on time and to the required standards

  • Capture and submit service sign-offs via tablet, and return unused stock and empty containers after service

  • Report servicing or equipment issues in writing and during debriefing sessions

  • Maintain equipment in proper working and hygienic condition

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner

  • Immediately report all SHEQ incidents (including near misses and accidents) to management

  • Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality service at all times

  • Work overtime when required, only with approval from management

  • Treat all clients and colleagues respectfully and uphold Servest’s standards
