Minimum Requirements:

Grade 10 (NQF Level 2)

Between 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in cash handling and customer care

Preference will be given to City of Johannesburg residents (proof of residence required)

Experience in high-pressure public service environments will be an added advantage
Primary Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing sales, customer care, stakeholder engagement, and other station-related duties to ensure professional and efficient delivery of Rea Vaya services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Performance Areas:

Conduct pre-shift station inspections to ensure operational readiness

Perform cash float and stock reconciliations before each shift
-
Handle card sales and trip top-up transactions in accordance with policies and procedures

Process sales-related banking transactions accurately

Provide responsive and courteous customer service

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
-
Monitor and manage the use of allocated resources and assets

Support inventory, financial control, and administrative reporting
