Administration Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

Professionally manage internal and external customer queries via the switchboard

Handle incoming calls and perform general administrative tasks

Greet and assist visitors courteously at the Barloworld Equipment reception area

Support administrative staff with overflow tasks such as:

Word processing
-
Data entry
-
Internet research
-
-
Take ownership of personal performance and self-management
-
Handle purchase requisitions (PRs) to suppliers and manage related queries
Qualifications & Experience
-
Matric / Grade 12 certificate
-
Computer literacy, with strong Microsoft Office skills
-
SAP experience (advantageous but not required)

Clear verbal and written communication in the business’s primary language

Strong customer service skills
