Shatterprufe® is a leading manufacturer and distributor of OEM and aftermarket automotive glass in Southern Africa. The company produces over 4 million laminated and toughened glass units annually for global customers, supplying both OEMs and the aftermarket.
Main Purpose of the Role
To process and manage customer export orders, coordinate with manufacturing plants to meet delivery expectations, ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, and minimize financial loss through timely and accurate logistics and communication.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between Marketing, Customers, and Manufacturing Sites to track production and delivery schedules

Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered within contractual lead times

Escalate delays or production deviations proactively for management resolution

Confirm that production aligns with placed orders and support achievement of sales targets

Maintain strong customer relationships, including handling packing requirements and shipment coordination

Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to support decision-making and avoid bottlenecks
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Diploma in Marketing or Logistics
-
Minimum 2 years in a customer service or customer centre role

2 years of experience in the automotive industry
