Job Purpose

To generate new business and build strong customer relationships through outbound telesales efforts. The role requires meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, preferably in hygiene, pest control, or interior plant services

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Proven sales track record in telesales or related fields

  • Computer literate (MS Office or similar CRM/sales platforms)

  • Energetic, driven, and goal-oriented

  • Able to work well under pressure


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients to promote Servest’s hygiene-related products and services

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Product Knowledge: Quickly learn and understand Servest’s full product/service offering to effectively communicate value to prospects
