Purpose of the Job:
To provide efficient administrative support to the assigned team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective clerical and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle general office tasks including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentations

Organise and attend meetings; take accurate minutes and maintain records

Book venues, conference rooms, and coordinate internal/external events
-
Maintain and update scheduling calendars and travel arrangements
-
Order and manage office stationery and equipment supplies
-
Type, file, and distribute documents, letters, reports, and meeting notes
-
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
-
Capture data in required formats and compile reports as needed
-
Sort, file, and retrieve documents efficiently; manage correspondence

Assist with stock control, invoicing, and record keeping
-
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts for travel/accommodation bookings

Welcome and assist visitors and callers professionally

Monitor departmental expenses and maintain accurate records
Minimum Requirements:

High School / Senior Certificate or equivalent

0+ years of relevant administrative experience (entry-level applicants welcome)
