Role Purpose
To provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Manager and a dedicated Relationship Manager by assisting in the day-to-day management of broker portfolios and regional activities.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Regional Manager with daily administrative tasks
-
Pull and consolidate regional reports and statistics
-
Manage diaries and schedule broker/team meetings
-
Handle data analysis, information management, and reporting
-
Take and distribute minutes from meetings
-
Manage record keeping and documentation
-
Process office orders, account payments (via JDE), and general office tasks
-
Provide CRM support and assist with broker/internal queries
-
Escalate issues where needed and support Relationship Manager in maintaining their portfolio
Minimum Qualifications
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
3-year tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Experience
-
Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration
-
Experience in minute taking, diary management, and office coordination
Skills & Competencies
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism

Time management, planning, and coordination skills

High attention to detail and ability to adapt and learn quickly
