About the Role:
This position involves assisting in the operational processes within the Culinary Vegetable Unit. The role requires attention to detail, a focus on hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations (HACCP).
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating equipment as per SOPs

Adhere to HACCP food safety principles

Identify and assist in implementing Corrective Actions

Report wastage
-
Conduct and record checks as required
-
Log downtime and equipment issues
-
Keep work areas and equipment clean and hygienic
-
Report deviations to the supervisor promptly
-
Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
-
Maintain high personal and factory hygiene standards
Minimum Requirements:

Functionally literate and numerate
-
Understanding of process specifications, recipes, and data interpretation

Ability to read and comprehend SOPs
-
High accuracy and attention to detail
-
Understand goals and expectations as communicated by the supervisor

Availability to work shifts, including overtime and weekends

Strong team player

Self-motivated and disciplined

Willingness to be trained and develop multi-skills
