About the Role:

This position involves assisting in the operational processes within the Culinary Vegetable Unit. The role requires attention to detail, a focus on hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations (HACCP).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in operating equipment as per SOPs

  • Adhere to HACCP food safety principles

  • Identify and assist in implementing Corrective Actions

  • Report wastage

  • Conduct and record checks as required

  • Log downtime and equipment issues

  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and hygienic

  • Report deviations to the supervisor promptly

  • Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions

  • Maintain high personal and factory hygiene standards


Minimum Requirements:

  • Functionally literate and numerate

  • Understanding of process specifications, recipes, and data interpretation

  • Ability to read and comprehend SOPs

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Understand goals and expectations as communicated by the supervisor

  • Availability to work shifts, including overtime and weekends

  • Strong team player

  • Self-motivated and disciplined

  • Willingness to be trained and develop multi-skills
