Role Purpose

To deliver professional customer service to passengers by assisting with ticket sales, flight bookings, changes, and disruptions, while maintaining service excellence and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, flight changes, and provide clear explanations of rules and regulations.

  • Support passengers during flight disruptions or cancellations.

  • Handle confidential information appropriately.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor on duty.

  • Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.

  • Airport and ticket sales experience.

  • Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, shifts, and irregular hours.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal English, including phone etiquette.

  • Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
