Role Purpose
To deliver professional customer service to passengers by assisting with ticket sales, flight bookings, changes, and disruptions, while maintaining service excellence and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, flight changes, and provide clear explanations of rules and regulations.

Support passengers during flight disruptions or cancellations.

Handle confidential information appropriately.

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor on duty.

Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
-
Airport and ticket sales experience.
-
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, shifts, and irregular hours.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal English, including phone etiquette.

Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
