Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service preparation, including ensuring the proper setup of stationery, understanding the menu, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding a professional cashier appearance.
- Deliver excellent customer service with quick, accurate, and friendly attention to guests.
- Process payments accurately, preparing bills and managing the point of sale system effectively.
- Complete shift cash-ups accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members or work independently to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Multitask efficiently while handling pressure during busy periods.
- Send out emails and invoices as needed.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- A hospitality qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
