Position Summary

The Retention Administrator will support customer retention strategies through effective administration, reporting and data management. The role involves monitoring retention activities, maintaining accurate records, compiling reports and ensuring that relevant work is allocated to the appropriate teams.

The position is based at Tracker Head Office in Johannesburg within the Retention Department.

Job Description

  • Distribute work allocations from various email boxes.

  • Compile daily outstanding work for Business and Consumer Retentions.

  • Complete SLA TAT spreadsheets daily.

  • Compile and allocate urgent work items.

  • Filter and manage retention-related mailboxes.

  • Distribute emails to relevant channels and departments.

  • Assist with Customer Update requests and administrative cancellations.

  • Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

  • Compile weekly and monthly dashboards for Direct Sales and Retention.

  • Compile monthly overtime hours worked.

  • Meet targets in accordance with the Key Performance Agreement.

  • Identify concerns and trends, investigate issues and recommend possible solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records and statistics according to stipulated guidelines.

  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to support efficient customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12.

  • At least 2 years' Contact Centre experience.

  • Minimum 6 months' Administration experience.

  • Excellent product and systems knowledge, including IEVOVLE, CDS, Willow and CRM.

  • Advanced MS Office proficiency.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
