Purpose of the Role
The Cellular Consultant is responsible for providing customers with cellular services and products that meet their requirements while maximising the profitability of the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Maximise Business Unit profitability by achieving individual contract targets.
Promote contract products to customers to maximise value and profitability.
Process contract applications in accordance with required procedures.
Provide customers with a professional and customer-centric service.
Demonstrate effective self-management and contribute positively to teamwork.
Minimum Requirements
Matric.
1–2 years' working experience in the retail industry.
Knowledge of contract services and products.
Understanding of risk management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Skills & Knowledge
The successful candidate should have:
Knowledge of Management Information Systems.
Knowledge of relevant systems, including SAP, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy and Vumatel.
Strong credit services sales acumen.
In-depth knowledge of Incredible Cellular policies, practices, processes and procedures.
Understanding of the Incredible Cellular Business Operating Model.
Strong understanding of ethical responsibilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent attention to detail.
Professional telephone etiquette.
