Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection.
Promote and sell tools, machinery, and related products.
Merchandise products and maintain attractive store displays.
Assist with stock taking and inventory control.
Ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
Support day-to-day retail branch operations.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch goals.
Minimum Requirements
Education
National Senior Certificate (Matric).
Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales environment will be advantageous.
Experience in merchandising, stock taking, stock control, and customer service is beneficial.
Advantageous Knowledge
Technical knowledge of DIY tools, hardware, machinery, or related products.
Understanding of retail branch operations and procedures.
