Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and sales support.
Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
Merchandise products and ensure shelves are well stocked and organized.
Assist with stock taking and stock control processes.
Maintain high store presentation standards.
Support daily retail branch operations.
Process customer transactions and inquiries.
Work closely with team members to achieve branch objectives.
Ensure a professional and welcoming shopping environment.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (Matric).
Experience
Previous retail or sales experience will be advantageous.
Experience in merchandising, stock taking, stock control, and customer service is beneficial.
Advantageous Skills and Knowledge
Technical knowledge of DIY tools, hardware, or machinery products.
Understanding of general retail branch procedures.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
