Purpose of the Role
The Field Service Graduate Intern will provide basic technical support, troubleshooting, product maintenance, and installation assistance while ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. Minimum Requirements
National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
No prior work experience required
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills

Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support both onsite and remotely
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Support installations, repairs, and routine maintenance activities

Document service records, diagnostics, and customer interactions accurately
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when required
Assist senior technicians during installations and repairs
