Purpose of the Position

Heineken Beverages South Africa is seeking a suitably qualified Admin Clerk to support the Supply Chain department in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will assist with SAP administration, maintenance planning support, reporting, purchasing processes, and general administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Technical qualification will be advantageous

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a packaging, engineering, or administrative environment

  • Computer literacy in SAP

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities

  • Update SAP Functional Locations, Equipment, Sub-Equipment, and Components

  • Code spare parts for equipment and satellite stores

  • Update work centres for PM Technicians

  • Update failure modes for critical equipment and link them to sub-equipment

  • Maintain PM schedules for production lines on SAP

  • Create job cards for maintenance activities

  • Confirm job card requests on SAP

  • Create purchase requisitions and follow up on outstanding orders

  • Track work order progress reports

  • Close SAP work orders

  • Compile and submit reports to management

  • Update monthly cost reporting dashboards

  • Attend meetings as required

  • Provide relief support to the Maintenance Planner when necessary

  • Perform general administrative duties
