Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting Learnership opportunity for unemployed youth who are interested in gaining practical experience in Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising. This structured workplace learning programme combines theoretical and practical training to equip learners with valuable commercial and customer service skills.

Purpose of the Learnership

The programme aims to develop learners' abilities in customer service, merchandising, sales support, order-taking processes, and brand execution while providing valuable workplace experience within a leading beverage company.

The learnership runs for a period of 12 months and requires learners to obtain a minimum of 120 credits to qualify.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)

  • Grade 12 English and a second language (minimum 40%)

  • South African citizen

  • Between 18 and 35 years of age

  • Must be unemployed at the time of appointment

  • Available to work six days per week

  • No criminal record or adverse credit record

  • Willing to undergo criminal, ID, and qualification verification checks

  • Not currently enrolled in any learnership or full-time studies

  • Must not have completed the same qualification or learnership previously

  • Driver's Licence will be advantageous

  • Post-matric qualification in Sales and Marketing will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Execution & Merchandising

  • Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets

  • Implement visual merchandising standards and product displays

  • Ensure stock rotation and product availability

  • Maintain product visibility according to company standards

  • Complete iRED surveys and execution scorecards

  • Assist customers with placing orders through the MyCCBA platform

  • Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns

  • Provide relief support when required
