Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • South African citizenship

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • A completed qualification in one of the following fields:

    • Human Resources

    • Business Administration

    • Business Management

  • An LLB qualification will be advantageous

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good administrative and analytical abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Willingness to learn and develop within Employee Relations and Human Resources

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Exposure Areas

Successful graduates will gain practical experience in:
