Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
South African citizenship
Matric / Grade 12
A completed qualification in one of the following fields:
Human Resources
Business Administration
Business Management
An LLB qualification will be advantageous
Skills and Knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good administrative and analytical abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn and develop within Employee Relations and Human Resources
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
