Purpose:
Rola Motor Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Worker / Office Cleaner to join the Rola BYD Vredenburg dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming dealership environment while ensuring customers and staff experience a safe and professional workspace.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Previous cleaning or general worker experience will be advantageous
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Clear criminal record
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene practices
Skills Needed:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards

Key Duties:
- Ensure cleanliness of offices, dealership floors, and work areas

- Conduct inspections to identify safety hazards or maintenance concerns
- Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition
- Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues promptly
- Support team members in maintaining an organised workplace
- Follow company hygiene, uniform, and safety standards at all times
