Job Objectives

• Efficiently perform all tasks at the point of sale (POS) in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure accurate scanning and payment collection, including processing ClubCard rewards.

• Handle cash safely and securely at all times.

• Actively promote and sign up new customers for the Clicks ClubCard program.

• Inform customers of current promotions to encourage sales and customer satisfaction.

• Provide excellent customer service as a visible and approachable brand ambassador.

• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with store requirements.

• Stay informed about product ranges, promotions, and events to assist customers accurately.

• Support the company’s vision of being the first-choice health and beauty retailer.

Experience

• Desirable: Previous customer-facing experience in a retail or FMCG environment

Education

• Essential: Grade 12 (Matric)
