Job Purpose:
To evaluate and maintain accurate certification records of staff, manage the issuing and withdrawal of identification stamps, update records in MEMIS and TSAS systems, and ensure safe custody of all staff certification documentation. The role supports organisational compliance with certification and quality assurance requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:

Process all certification applications and amendments in line with procedures and regulatory standards

Procure, issue, control, and withdraw SAA Technical identification stamps
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff certification and identification stamp records
-
Provide relevant training and certification data for audits and internal queries

Manage payments related to procurement of identification stamps and initiate certification allowance payments

Serve as a point of consultation for staff regarding qualifications and identification stamps
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualification:
-
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years’ administration experience in a technical environment
Knowledge and Skills:
Required Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of database software packages
-
Working knowledge of MEMIS and TSAS systems

In-depth understanding of SAA Technical Quality Manual procedures relating to staff certification
