Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving revenue, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining a high-performing team to meet sales goals and company targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies

  • Monitor team and individual sales performance

  • Conduct regular training and sales meetings

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotions and launches

  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales management

  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
