Key Responsibilities:

Work Planning & Coordination:
-
Prepare quotes and invoices.
-
Plan and monitor service jobs, including progress tracking.

Assist customers with internal and service planning processes.

Customer & Technical Support:
-
Provide technical and logistical support to customers and field technicians.
-
Support warranty claims and assist with quality administration.
-
Resolve both internal and external customer queries.
-
-
Reporting & Inventory:
-
Prepare required service reports.
-
Manage parts inventory and ensure availability for service jobs.
-

Proposals & KPIs:
-
Prepare and manage service proposals for customers.
-
Achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Required:
-
Qualified artisan (Trade certificate preferred).
-
Strong computer skills (MS Office, SIS, STW/ET, CAT Inspect, myCat.com).
-
Experience with warranty and quality administration.
-
Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
-
Understanding of field service and procurement processes.
-
Valid driver's license.
-
