Job Purpose

To maintain effective administrative functions within the branch, supporting operational efficiency and client relations.


Requirements

  • Grade 12

  • Minimum 1 year administration experience

  • Computer literate (MS Office)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and file delivery notes; support receiving duties

  • Process documents ensuring correct numbering on the system

  • Maintain client relationships and resolve queries

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., outstanding claims, purchase orders)

  • Assist with stock-taking and report variances

  • Capture stock counts and generate variance reports for management
