Requirements

Grade 12

Minimum 1 year administration experience

Computer literate (MS Office)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities

Receive and file delivery notes; support receiving duties

Process documents ensuring correct numbering on the system

Maintain client relationships and resolve queries
-
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., outstanding claims, purchase orders)
-
Assist with stock-taking and report variances
-
Capture stock counts and generate variance reports for management
