Job Overview
PPS is seeking a Practice Management Implementation Consultant to support financial advisory practices in applying business tools, processes, and methodologies introduced during training and coaching programs. The role focuses on helping practices adopt and integrate best practices to improve their operational efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Attend all Practice Management module presentations and establish rapport with attending advisers

Guide and support advisers in adopting tools, systems, documentation, and procedures introduced in training

Customize processes and tools to fit the specific needs of each advisory practice

Offer project-specific implementation support for participant practices

Assist in research, presentations, and the preparation of materials
-
Conduct gap analysis and problem-solving using data and quantitative methods

Generate and maintain clear, structured process documentation
Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Financial Planning, Management, or a related field (required)

Postgraduate qualification in Financial Planning (advantageous)
Experience:
