About the Role
Pepkor Lifestyle (Russells) is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of its retail store in Flagstaff. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, people management, and customer service. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, maximizing profitability, ensuring operational efficiency, and creating a customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage store budgets, cash flow, and reporting.

Stock Management: Oversee stock control, ordering, and shrinkage.

Merchandising & Store Presentation: Ensure an attractive, well-organized, and on-brand retail space.

Health, Safety & Security: Enforce policies to safeguard staff and assets.

Customer Centricity: Deliver outstanding customer service and manage complaints effectively.

People Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team with clear roles and expectations.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

3–5 years of management experience, preferably in retail

Retail Management or Business Diploma (advantageous)
