Introduction
Pepkor Lifestyle’s Rochester Division is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Agent to join their Clearwater Mall store. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail, sales, and customer service, with the drive to meet targets and help grow the store’s success.
Role Purpose
To generate income and maximise profit through effective sales and outstanding customer service while ensuring each customer enjoys a professional, friendly, and personalized shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities

Perform sales activities to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Understand and identify customer needs to recommend suitable products.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately in line with company policies.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric qualification.

7–12 months’ retail sales experience (preferred).
