Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service

Provide a positive customer shopping experience

Assist customers in locating products

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
2. Cashier Duties

Process cash, card, and Lay-By transactions

Handle customer refunds
-
Report discrepancies to the supervisor

Perform daily till balancing
3. Merchandising
-
Ensure products are priced and displayed correctly

Replenish stock to maintain product availability on the sales floor

Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

Stay informed about current promotions
4. Risk and Loss Prevention

Ensure items are tagged according to company policy

Participate in stock takes

Monitor and report suspicious behavior or theft
