Purpose of the Role

Provide professional personal assistant support to Senior Managers by managing schedules, coordinating submissions, and ensuring efficient office operations, while maintaining confidentiality.


Key Performance Areas

  • Manage the Senior Managers’ diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Answer and handle incoming calls, exercising discretion and good judgement.

  • Draft, edit, and format emails, letters, presentations, and documents.

  • Compile and organise project-related information and committee submissions.

  • Coordinate submissions for various internal committees (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Enhance and streamline administrative practices.

  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Maintain a contact database and filing system in line with SARB policies.

  • Perform daily tasks with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Senior Managers.


Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric) and a Secretarial Diploma.

  • Six to eight years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment.


Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
