Job Purpose

To provide general office support services including messenger duties, maintaining cleanliness, and handling mail, faxes, and switchboard operations to ensure the smooth running of Legal Aid SA offices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean physical office environment

  • Provide messenger and general support services to legal staff

  • Handle all documentation and mail deliveries promptly

  • Maintain incoming/outgoing fax and mail registers

  • Manage switchboard and apply proper telephone etiquette

  • Accurately file documentation as per Legal Aid SA procedures

  • Transport staff to courts or other offices per fleet policies


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

  • Valid Driver’s Licence

  • This position is part of Legal Aid SA's Disability Recruitment Database


Salary

  • Salary Level 4: R183,279.00 per annum (plus benefits)
