Job Description
As a key member of the Mr Price Money team, you will be responsible for efficiently and professionally handling customer inquiries, store card applications, correspondence, and employment verifications.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries and correspondence promptly to ensure excellent service and prevent backlogs and complaints

Verify employment and personal details telephonically based on information provided in store card applications

Update customer information accurately on the Debtor's systems
-
Process store card applications across all divisions to grow the customer and credit base (outbound agents only)

Minimum Requirements
Education
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience
-
Minimum of 1 year call centre experience (preferably handling new accounts)
-
Experience in processing account applications will be an added advantage
Skills and Knowledge
-
Knowledge of relevant legislation: Consumer Protection Act, POPI Act, National Credit Act, ICASA
-
Strong verbal communication skills for assisting customers with account setups and queries

Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns

Empathy and professionalism when dealing with customer issues

Effective problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail in capturing customer information and processing applications
