Role Purpose
To provide effective and efficient service to clients by administering a group of schemes. This includes receiving, evaluating, and responding to client queries within agreed service levels.
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification
-
2 to 5 years’ experience in an insurance administration environment
-
Intermediate Excel skills preferred
-
Experience in employee benefits administration is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
-
Fully manage administration of risk and retirement schemes
-
Complete accurate reconciliations of member and risk premiums
-
Investigate and resolve non-reconciling items
-
Administer scheme data from entry to exit
-
Process and effect payments on all claim types
-
Provide first-time resolution to client queries via email and phone
-
Liaise directly with clients to resolve application queries
-
Coordinate tasks across teams for monthly reconciliation deadlines

Assist and support clients in alignment with Momentum values

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Identify and escalate risks during client interactions
-
Stay informed about product and legislative changes
-
Conduct monthly reconciliations for reporting purposes
