Purpose of the Job

To participate in and successfully complete a structured Learnership Programme that includes both theoretical and practical components in the field of Human Resources (HR).

Learnership Overview

Duration: 12 months
Programme Includes:
- Theoretical learning aligned to an NQF Learnership qualification
- Practical, on-site work experience
- Foundational training in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and business principles
- Exposure to administrative duties in an HR environment

Provide HR administrative support

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

Matric / Grade 12
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience:

0–1 year relevant experience (no prior experience required)
